US Commerce Sec Ross: EU, Canada & Mexico to face steel and aluminum tariffs beginning at midnight

The US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is appearing in a press conference to deliver the latest decision on tariffs.

• European Union, Canada, and Mexico will face steel and aluminum tariffs beginning at midnight tonight.
• There will be a 25% tariff on steel and a 10% on aluminum.
• NAFTA negotiations took too long, that's why the decision to impose tariffs on Canada and Mexico was taken.
• Although talks with the EU showed progress, it wasn't enough to continue to give exemptions.
